How do I place an Online Order? 1. Find the product from the catalog you would like to purchase. 2. Click on the item or name of product to see description 3. If you are ready to continue Click Confirm Order button. 7. At any time, if you would like to delete an item from your order just click on the little Trash Can at the left. 8. Follow instructions and fill in all data fields with Red Arrows. Important! You must check the box at the top of the page that confirms your shipping address is the same as your billing address. If shipping to a different address then fill out shipping address form. Confirm Payment Type and Click Calculate Order. Is my order transaction secure? Yes, your information and transaction data are secure over a encrypted databases. We use Cardservice International, the oldest credit card service and processing company in the business, as well as Pay Pal a leader in internet transaction processing. How quickly will my item be shipped? Pending credit card approval, orders are shipped in 2 to 10 BUSINESS days. Orders made on a holidays or a weekend may take slightly longer. Customers paying by Cashiers Check or Money Orders will be processed after payment has been received. Bikes are subject up to a $40.00shipping fee Anywhere in the USA. So I have discounted shipping to help save you money. I charge less than the $40. Bike shipping and free shipping offers are to the lower 48 states ONLY. Please contact us for shipping prices shipped elsewhere. Can I change or ammend the order once it has been sent ? Because of strict credit card processing policies from Visa and Master Card, we normally cannot change an order once it has been placed with the distributor. You cannot add any items to an order because it will change the shipping rate of your original order. You may cancel an order, or a specific item from an order, if it has not already been shipped, but it may be subject to a 25% minimum restocking or cancellation fees .
