How do I place an Online Order?

1. Find the product from the catalog you would like to purchase.

2. Click on the item or name of product to see description

3. If required click on the pull-down window and choose your color or size.

4. Click the Buy Now button. You will not be charged for an item by clicking the 'Buy Now' button.

5. The item order will appear in your Shopping Cart. At this time you can change the quantity if you  wish. You can also view the shopping cart by clicking the link (located in the upper rihgt corner of your screen). Add, delete, or adjust quantities of items as you wish from your list.

6. If you are ready to continue Click Confirm Order button.

7. At any time, if you would like to delete an item from your order just click on the little Trash Can at the left. 

8. Follow instructions and fill in all data fields with Red Arrows.  Important! You must check the box  at the top of the page that confirms your shipping address is the same as your billing address. If shipping to a different address then fill out shipping address form. Confirm Payment Type and  Click Calculate Order. 

Is my order transaction secure?

Yes, your information and transaction data are secure over a encrypted databases. We use Cardservice International, the oldest credit card service and processing company in the business, as well as Pay Pal a leader in internet transaction processing.

How quickly will my item be shipped?

Pending credit card approval, orders are shipped in 2 to 10 BUSINESS days. Orders made on a holidays or a weekend  may take slightly longer. Customers paying by Cashiers Check or Money Orders will be processed after payment has been received.

Products with the first letters of PS, LM or CSG are usually shipped in 2-3days excluding weekend orders.

To ensure delivery of holiday cards and packages by December 25 to military APO/FPO addresses overseas and to international addresses, we suggest that mail be entered by the recommended mailing dates listed below. Beat the last-minute rush, mail early.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, Discover, and Pay-pal. Checks and cash aslo accepted.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes, your personal information WILL NOT be sold, traded or used by anyone other than Leonard Consulting Group or the web sites The Masked Merchant or 4Bike-Police. 

I am the only person who will contact or send you e-mails.  Only to inform you of your item status and delivery instructions.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Only if you live in the States of Arkansas. It will be automatically calculated on your order if it applies to you.  The tax laws are changing and soon there will be a Universal Tax that will be assessed. Keep an eye out for those changes.

Do you accept International orders?           

At the present time we only accept orders to the USA and CANADA (not all products are available to Canada)           

How do I return damaged or defective item?  

Please go to Our Policies and follow the instructions.

What are your shipping rates?                                                       

Shipping charges for all orders are calculated based on item weight and a flat rate. Bikes are subject up to a $40.00shipping fee Anywhere in the USA. So I have discounted shipping to help save you money. I charge less than the $40.  Bike shipping and free shipping offers are to the lower 48 states ONLY.  Please contact us for shipping prices shipped elsewhere.

Can I change or ammend the order once it has been sent ?    

Because of strict credit card processing policies from Visa and Master Card, we normally cannot change an order once it has been placed with the distributor. You cannot add any items to an order because it will change the shipping rate of your original order. You may cancel an order, or a specific item from an order, if it has not already been shipped, but it may be subject to a 25% minimum restocking or cancellation fees .
